Returns, Refunds, Cancellations, and Exchanges Policy


What We Will Do Together

Step 1:
If you’ve received the wrong, expired, or damaged product(s), please raise a return or replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Submit your request with your order and contact details.
You can also raise a request contact form.
Note: For damaged or missing products, please raise a return/replacement request within 2 days of delivery.

Step 2:
Allow us 2 working days to review your return request.

Step 3:
After review, we will arrange for our courier partner to pick up the products from your location.

Step 4:
Once we receive your product(s), we will verify them and initiate the replacement or refund based on stock availability.


Conditions for Return or Replacement:
  • Wrong product delivered

  • Expired product delivered

  • Damaged product delivered (physical damage, tampered product, or packaging)

  • Incomplete order (missing products)


Conditions Where Returns/Replacements Won’t Be Accepted:
  • Opened, used, or altered products

  • Missing original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.)

  • Return/replacement request raised after 7 days of delivery

  • Damaged or missing product reported after 2 days of delivery


How Are Returns Processed?

Once your return request is approved, we will arrange a pickup within 5–7 business days.
The item will be sent to our warehouse for quality control.
Upon approval, we will initiate your refund or replacement.
In case of a replacement, the product will be delivered within 7–8 business days.


Order Cancellations

Customers can cancel their order at any time before it is dispatched.


Refund Process
  • Prepaid orders: Refunds will be credited to the original payment method within 3–5 working days.

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Please provide your bank account details for the refund.


Refund Timeline
  • For canceled orders: Refunds are processed within 3–5 working days.

  • For returns: Refunds are processed after the product passes quality check.


Partial Order Returns

Yes, you can return any eligible products from your order within 7 days of delivery.
